September on Lakeshore: Community Wins, Cleaner Streets, and Upcoming Festivities
After many squeaky wheels squeaked (squawked???), the blight of dumpsters in the center of the Lakeshore shopping district is finally gone. And much trash was removed on clean-up day. The BID and others are planning numerous activities over the next few months—check them all out here.

The September Grand Lake Neighbors meeting heard two major presentations: The first, a report from OakDOT about the status of the Grand Avenue redesign project, and the second, from County Supervisor Nikki Bas about the County’s current priorities: the Social Safety Net and Health Systems.
