I thought I’d give you an update about the kitchen idea that we kicked around last week. You continue to supply us with wonderful, useful feedback about the idea. We appreciate that quite a lot!
I think we’re honing in on a really cool concept. It’s not entirely unique, although elements of it certainly are. We’re leaning towards prepared breakfast, lunch and dinner meals using our own proteins as well as veggies, fruits, etc. from all of our farmer friends at the markets. We’d invite up-and-coming local Chefs to craft each month’s menu for you. We’ll highlight their own personal stories, promote their restaurants and hopefully help to catapult them to the next level in their careers!
Each month’s menu will be based on our core ingredients, but the cuisine will vary widely based on each Chef’s personal style and experience. You’ll order whichever meals you’d like for the following week, and we’ll personally deliver them to you on Tuesdays and Fridays. All you’ll do is reheat, plate and enjoy the unique and convenient experience of StoneRoot-curated meals at home.
