Kris Fernald & Sylvester Lane

510 Brand‘s walls have been rapidly filling with artwork by shop employees, Culling Cahayag, Nina Simi, and Natasha Reh plus original drawings by Connor Burke, who works next door at Modigliani.  Two other artists, who also have ties to neighborhood businesses, are debuting on Thursday – photographer, Kris Fernald, who manages the Rare Book Room at Walden Pond Books and Sylvester Lane, who works at KFC.  Also debuting, artist Molly Lynch Maringouin, whose resume includes a long stint as a movie producer/writer.   You’ll also find artwork by Lamberto Hernandez and Jonesy.  I’m particularly impressed by the latter’s colorful paintings and am told that I’ll get to compliment her, in person, on Thursday.  A DJ will be providing background music.  Complimentary beverages and snacks will be served including a birthday cake for Nina Simi.  Perhaps, they’ll also sing “So Long.  It’s Been Good to Know You” in honor of Natasha Reh, who is re-locating.

HOURS ARE 6 – 8 PM UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED
